We use your personal data for:

• Execution and fulfillment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations: Submission of commercial proposals, response to reservation requests. Entering into and extending rental contracts.
• Communicating and managing our contractual relationship with you: contacting you for administrative and/or operational reasons, ensuring that we properly manage your relationship with us and resolve your request or inquiry, among others.
• Compliance with legal obligations: legal obligations that may fall upon our company. Response to judicial, regulatory and supervisory entities, among others.
• Protection of property and rights of our company: verification and confirmation with credit agencies or other sources, as well as storage of information regarding any indecent in cases in which, as a result of such incident, it is considered that there may be risk for future contracts, in which case, your data may even be communicated to ARAC (Associação dos Industriais de Aluguer de Automóveis sem Condutor), for the purpose of inclusion in a database of delinquent clients, as well as to be transmitted to credit recovery companies in case of eventual breach of contract.
• Physical security control: Video surveillance in our facilities, when applicable, whose processing of personal data is the responsibility of GESEG, LDA.
• Litigation management: judicial and extra-judicial collection as well as other conflicts.
• Accounting, fiscal and administrative management: accounting and billing. Fiscal information, including sending information to tax authorities, among others.

AUTO GREEN commits itself not to use the information concerning your personal data for any purpose other than those previously described.

4) How do you keep your personal data safe and for how long will we keep your data?

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.

The term of conservation of your data will depend on the purposes for which we process them, we process your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose and, possibly, we subsequently conserve them, properly stored and protected, for as long as responsibilities may arise from the processing, in compliance with the legislation in force at each time.

5) Payments: In case you make any payment through any of AUTO GREEN's platforms, your payment will be redirected to our supplier responsible for payment management and that, at the time, will be duly identified, entity that will be Responsible for the Treatment of your personal data for this specific purpose of payment of a product/service. Each and every operation of selection of the payment method to be used and the introduction of data inherent to the payment process is duly protected. The information in question is encrypted and managed with the most advanced security tools available.
